1. Due to the blind box nature, refunds and exchanges cannot be processed after the order is unboxed unless there is a quality problem.
2. If your order has INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS issue, please contact us within 7 days from the receipt of our item, any request after 7 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us via email (contact@toybeta.com) first.
3. We do our best to pack our products carefully, but we cannot guarantee that the boxes will arrive in perfect condition due to international shipping. We want to make it clear that any damage to the outer packaging is the result of the delivery company handling it, which is beyond our control. We are only responsible for damages to the figures inside the blind box.
4. Please be aware that blind boxes may have manufacturing defects such as uneven dyeing, minor scratches, paint loss, or air bubbles. These imperfections are a normal part of the production process, and we appreciate your understanding.

Mystery Box refers to the type of packaging that keeps the collectible toy as a mystery until it is opened. Mystery boxes typically come in series that shows a collection; some figurines are rarer to find than others, these are referred to as "secret", "hidden" or "chase" figures.
If there is a secret figure in the Blind Box, one basic figure might be replaced randomly.
